Crest Animation is a studio of development and production of digital animated properties for theatrical, television, home entertainment & interactive distribution for the global entertainment ind.

We are currently looking for the following positions:

Effects Artist
Experience in dynamics like water, fire, smoke, cloth etc.

Character Modellers
Experience in model organic, inorganic. Proficient in polygon modelling & should able to understand textures & rigging requirements. strong Knowledge of Human & Animal Anatomy Principles. Sketching & sculpting skills are preferred.

Lighting Artists
Knowledge of how to set the mood & feel of scenes. You are able to deliver photo realistic frames. Skills in photography are preferred.

Sets Textures Artists / Props Textures Artists / Set dresser
Have Experience of digital painting, Unwrapping UV's. understanding of light, color, shading & illumination. Also Have great knowledge materials. Basic knowledge of rendering and composting would be an added advantage.

Sets Modellers / Props Modellers
Have Experience to create cartoon, stylised & realistic modelling as well as organic modelling. Able to visualise different angles of a set based on the storyboard. Also should have knowledge to build complex looking set in a optimise way and understand textures or coloring requirements. have a strong knowledge of proportion, shapes, composition and architectural design.

Character Animators
One has to be a graduate from an Art College, specialising in illustrations, you should having strong observation & visualisation skills. have mastered the mechanics of animation such as squash and stretch, overlapping, anticipation, timing, weight, body dynamics, secondary motions. Also know all animation principles. Strong acting skills will be preferred to animate style & create unique personalities in the character.

Rigging Artists
Have Experience of design strong interactive rigs and simplify complex animation tasks. knowledge of scripting & you should have a good understanding of anatomy.

Programmers
Have Strong Knowledge of MEL scripting, C, C++, VB, Pearl scripting and Renderman shading language. Working knowledge of XSI & Maya is a plus point.

Compositors
Have Strong knowledge of color correction, keying, masking, rotoscopy, tracking & wire removal. Proficiency in online editing software and knowledge of Shake and Nuke is a plus.

Character Textures
Experience in Characters textures & Props or have a portfolio to show your potential. Additional knowledge of shaders would be a plus. Working knowledge of Maya/Photoshop and any 3d paint tool is a must.

Production Assistant
Responsible for completion of Animations of the Project within the Budgeted Cost - Time - Quality Parameters
Download Pre-Production assets and inform the concerned person
Work closely with the project lead, deputy lead and all verticals to ensure works happens on schedule.
Assisting in Flow towards completion of project
Co ordinate with all verticals and upload daily data and communicate the same to the client
Track Progress of pre production, production & post production at the CGI level
Assist in conducting dailies to project lead, deputy lead and all vertical leads.

Skills Required:
MS Office
Good Communication Skills (written & verbal)
Smart & Hard working

Software Knowledge: preferably Maya

Years of Experience: 1+
(freshers will do if capable of performing mentioned job profile)
